Our Future Health had space.
What they didn’t have was a reason for their team to want to be in it.
A plain white box at The Office Group wasn’t giving anyone a reason to choose the commute over working from home. The redesign changed that — capacity increased to 120 across two zones, the layout was made flexible enough to support both focused work and collaboration and the atmosphere shifted from clinical to genuinely warm.
The modular approach means the investment travels with them when they move. Nothing is left behind.
