THE WORKPLACE YOUR TEAM WANTS TO WALK INTO
For London businesses who want to avoid costly space mistakes and decision fatigue.

Rachel Forster, Founder of Forster Inc.
Tutor at the Royal College of Art.
Let's start with where you are right now.
You've probably been thinking about your office for a while now. Not idly. It's been sitting on the leadership agenda for months, half-decided, resurfacing every time someone mentions the lease.
There's a gap between the workplace your business needs and the one you're actually sitting in. Meeting rooms that don't work. A kitchen that's just a kettle. A space built for twenty people that now holds forty.
Underneath it is the overwhelm. Too many trades to coordinate. Too many opinions on furniture. The fear of getting it wrong in a way that costs real money and lands on your desk to explain.
THAT'S WHERE FORSTER INC COMES IN

MAYBE YOU RECOGNISE THIS?
Meetings keep circling back to "do we even need this much space," but nobody's confirmed it with real numbers. People are asking for more space, or different space and no one's sat down to define what's realistic before anything gets signed.
Your team would rather work from the kitchen table than commute in for a desk that offers them nothing better. The current space was chosen on cost alone and the trade-offs are only becoming visible now.
Reframe: You don't need more opinions on furniture. You need someone who can build the case in numbers your board will accept.
THE WORKPLACE EVOLUTION

Stage_01
Discover
Sitting with your team to find out what's actually happening. Who's coming in, who isn't and why the kitchen table is beating the desk you're paying for.
Stage_02
Define
Turning that into a case with real numbers behind it. The kind that holds up when the board asks how you got there.
Stage_03
Design
Reusing and reworking what you've already got wherever it makes sense, instead of defaulting to a full strip-out because it's the easier thing to sell you.
Stage_04
Evolve
Turning what we've found into a clear direction. Something specific enough to take to your board without having to defend every line yourself.
A workplace should feel like it's actually working for the people inside it.
I work best with growing London businesses who've outgrown their space, or their strategy for it and who want the change handled by someone who understands both design and the numbers behind it.
What makes it different is honesty. About budget, about what's worth spending on, about sustainability, because reuse and circular design sit at the heart of how I work.

Take Our Future Health. They had space at The Office Group in London. What they didn't have was a reason for their team to choose it over working from home. It was a plain white box. Clinical, uninspiring, the kind of office where "I'll just work from home" was always the easier answer.
We turned it into a warm, biophilic workspace across two flexible zones, with capacity for 120 people. Because the approach was modular, the investment travels with them if they ever move. Nothing gets left behind.
Here's what their Co-Founder and COO, Jo Roach, said afterwards:
"Rachel supported us with an office renovation project and right from the start we were impressed with her knowledge, passion and attention to detail. She helped us turn a pretty drab office into a colourful place where people wanted to come to work post-COVID. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone."
A workplace that feels calm, not chaotic, somewhere people can do their best work. Morale and retention improve, because the environment finally supports the team.
A space you're proud to bring clients into, instead of one you're quietly apologising for. A workplace decision that stands up when the board asks how the investment paid off.

If you're ready for a workplace that works as hard as your team does, I'd love to hear from you.
