HOW CAN YOUR SPACE WORK BETTER?
Sustainable interiors with personality and purpose.
Rachel Forster
I’m an expert in how to use space – to optimise revenue, to express a feeling, to project a brand, or to make people feel comfortable, or relaxed, or excited.
Everything I do is as ethically sound as possible. I’ll show you how to create or evolve your internal architecture with the smallest carbon footprint using the principles of circularity.
I teach a Master's Degree at The Royal College of Art, covering reuse, circularity and ethical design. Whether the solution is design-led, architectural, or purely aesthetic, how can your space work better?

Interior design is not only about good taste. It is expertise, planning and proof that every metre has a purpose.

Spaces need to work hard, adapt easily, and earn their place. I design environments that support multiple uses throughout the day, balancing flow, function, and atmosphere so a space performs commercially without feeling compromised. The result is interiors that flex with real life while remaining considered and coherent.
Growth shouldn’t come at the cost of character. Whether scaling a workspace, hospitality venue, or home, I focus on preserving what makes a place feel distinctive. By understanding how people move, gather, and connect, I design spaces that evolve naturally while retaining their original spirit.
Good design should do good too. Our approach prioritises sustainability, thoughtful sourcing, and the reuse of materials wherever possible. By choosing durable finishes, second-hand pieces, and responsible suppliers, we create interiors that feel warm, personal, and ethically positive for both our clients and the planet.
